Cancelled account and still took money the following month!

I cancelled account 20th march, said it was cancelled and no more money would be took. Today they took the money again! Very annoying, unhelpful customer service. Very arrogant supervisor. Rude and unhelpful! Once an account is closed, they should delete your bank details!!! Fraudsters! Stealing peoples money. Total utter disgrace. Never again! Had to cancel my bank card so they couldn't steal anymore money off me.
