Cancellation refunds not being processed

Require a personal phone call to discuss 4 cancellation refunds. We deferred bookings from 2020 to same dates in 2021 but with covid sitn we are unable to travel and therefore request full cancellation refunds. Have tried to do this online but your system does not recognise the booking confirmation numbers. Ring me in Australia on [protected] Regards Garry McIntyre
