Cancellation of subscription and full refund demanded

I accidentally accepted a free three-day subscription with Chegg Writing, and need to get a refund. I also need the subscription to be canceled and no unapproved further charges to my card. I have the order confirmation number, and I am unable to get in touch with anyone over the phone. If the refund is refused, I will be forced to go through my bank to solve the issue. User's recommendation: READ SUBSCRIPTION DETAILS AND DO NOT ACCEPT FREE TRIALS, BECAUSE THEY ARE NOT FREE (NOT FOR A DAY NOT FOR TWO DAYS NOT AT ALL).
