Cancellation of servicde

I have a current head injury and on disability a few months prior to instillation. I have no memory of signing a contract or instillation. I do not have the ability to understand any kind of contract. I have no memory of any one being at my house to install equipment. I asked to have service discontinued as I remain on disability and have cognitive impairment and unable to work. The customer service representative was very rude and told me I would be charged $5000 for canceling the contract. User's recommendation: Do Not Sign any contract with this service!!!!!!!
