Canceling Flights & Not Refunding

Dear Sir, Kindly do the needful to refund the amount (AED 800) mentioned in the voucher attached. As I'm not planning to travel anywhere in the coming 2 years. Initially, I booked to travel from Dubai (DXB) to Kochi (COK) on 1st July 2021, but the flight was cancelled. Later I booked again for returning after reaching India on 22nd July 2021 & on 1st Aug 2021 from COK to DXB, the flight was canceled both times. Kindly do the necessary to process the refund, as I'm already in the UAE now and not planning to travel anytime soon. Best Regards
