Canceled pickup for 3rd week in a row with no automatic refund

WM reschedule to the next week (also known as the next pick-up time) our pickup of recycling bin, which was prepaid for. This is the third week in a row that the notified the day before pick-up that with not refund offered for the service they promised to carry out. This is in Beavercreek, Ohio. There was no refund for the service they did not perform. You must call customer service to get a refund, & they blame you for it not being picked up. User's recommendation: Republic does not appear to have the same issues, there trash and recycling has been pick up each we have lived here.
