I have not heard from the Wig Company or from Paula Young! I refused the wig and it was returned unopened it was a wig Company wig but it was from a Paula young catalog! I have filed a dispute with Visa and they said it may take 2-3 months. Meanwhile I have been advised by Visa not to pay Visa the charge. Until the matter is settled. User's recommendation: Do not buy from Paula Young!
