The app added another order to my delivery. The manager refused to give me the order and told me to cancel the added order. I tried to get him to allow me to take the order. He refused. I tried to just release one order. It canceled everything. I brought the issue back up with him. I tried to find the guest info on the app, but it was gone. I tried to get the manager to call the costumer. He tried to give me their personal information. I refused to accept their personal info. I gave the restaurant back the order. While this was going on. More orders were being added to my app. I had to cancel them to try and find a solution to the current problem. User's recommendation: Call the resturant if they notice any problems.
