I have been with this come for over 5 years, and I don't understand why I'm still here, or why I keep giving GOV VACATION a chance! I believe its poor judgment by me.... This company is horrible, and terrible when it comes to showing integrity relating to market sales (promotions), booking, have a history in canceling reservations without any notices. I was informed that I would be giving my a 99.00 refund due cancellation within 24 hours. After the cancellation, it took over 90 days before I receive a refund from my trip, and my refunds was giving back in 3 installments by Gov Vacation. After receiving my last refund payment, I was denied the cancellation fee amount of 99.00 dollars. It was documented that I would receive an entire &;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;; total refund, plus the cancelation fee of 99.00. I'm really starting to notice that GOV Vacation us robbin', and nicklin' and dimin' everyone with agent and cancellation fees, and lastly not refunding everyone properly. They don't answer the phone, and when they do that connect you to the wrong people, so times they hang up in your face. RUDE, RUDE, RUDE! When they get RUDE to me, I get rude back & fight fire with fire. Majority of my reservation I have made it was totally messed up. I'm not rich or non wealthy, and I dont have money to give to your company like that. I'M STILL WAITING FOR MY 99.00 DOLLARS!
