Cancelation problem

I cancelled my subscription over the phone as instructed and a few days later £49 still came out of my bank which i did not want to pay. There is no way to talk to anybody and a complaint email does not get answered . Seems to be totally ran by machines with nobody to help my problems. Very poor.
