I can't get in touch with ANYONE!!! It is completely ridiculous that I can only email and I get NO response and when I do get a response, it is barely considered that. I have medical documentation to cancel my account and I want a refund from that date forward!!! This is thousands of dollars!!!!!! This is people's livelihood!!! DISGUSTING!!!! User's recommendation: You think this is a great life changing moment for you... and it is..until something happens! DO NOT DO IT DO NOT DO IT DO NOT DO IT DO NOT DO IT.
