Cancel Warranty

I have been calling the phone number given to me at URREAKIFIX to cancel my warranty - 855 309-****. So far I have been offered a free Walmart gift card by someone who knew nothing about the warranty, I have been offered car insurance, an offer from ATT, but nothing about how I can cancel my warranty. To say I am not pleased wpuld be an understatement.
