Worse customer service ever. Answered too many questions multiple times with repeated information l. Could not understand the cust service rep. Hire people who speak English. After 30 to 60 minutes on the phone, nothing was resolved. After following all instructions the connection said goodbye and hung up and now there is another charge on my Discover card for $4.95 that needs to be removed. So tired of these phone tree scams. User's recommendation: Don't call 1-86*-***-**** do dispute and credit card changes, they are uselesd.
