Cancel Refreshments and stop future shipments

I have tried multiple times to tell you that I do not want your products, I still keep getting shipments. I am returning the most recent one I received a few days ago. I want to report to the better business bureau the horrible customer service I have received from your company. The inability to speak to an actual person is appalling, This must stop!!! I do NOT want anymore of your products. If I am charged, I will file a complaint. User's recommendation: Do not order from this company.
