Hello, My name is Maria Barraza I am a member (#154****) @ EP Fitness ( Rushing) and I would like to cancel my PT membership only. I paid my beginning fee $108.25 back in July 15 2020, Plus $54.13 for four months plus an annual fee of 39.99. And Sorry to say the trainer they had (Tury ) was always overwhelmed or out sick. I never got my moneys worth. However I also have my yearly membership paid and would like to only keep my regular membership. How do I go about stopping monthly drafts? And is there something you can help me with since I never got a training session do to overwhelmed trainer?
