Hi Can you please cancel my account and service as we have sold our house in Spain and are returning to UK. The buyers have started a new plan with Movistar in November 2020 but we are still paying a monthly bill. My name is Keith Hutchinson and my land line number with you is - 97705****. My customer number is F1J097705****. My NIE number is X603****-Q Please confirm that the account is cancelled as I left the house on November 27th when Patrick Von Krononburg took over and 64 euros has been taken from my LaCaxia account every month since.
