Can’t set up Rx management in app

1st rep looked me up &;;;;;;; tried transferring my call to someone else - never connect with anyone. I called back 2nd rep says Im locked out & nobody can help me. Says I dont have store # or Rx # right (Im reading it off the correct label) & to call back tomorrow as the system doesnt recognize me. When I call again tomorrow it will be the same #s so apparently I will be perpetually locked out & dont exist. Im 1 call away from switching to Walgreens. Ive submitted fax info & called numerous times. Frustrated.
