Can’t retrieve pre-Covid tickets and show is in 4 days

I purchased Harry Styles tickets in 2019 for a 2020 show. Obviously with covid this show was postponed until Friday September 17th 2021. I have used my access code and order number from my confirmation email but the tickets are no where to be seen in my StubHub portal. I don't even live in the Philly area anymore so I need these tickets so I can sell them!! Customer service phone number NEVER picks up. It's awful. I've tried dm'ing them on IG & Twitter but I'm just getting automated responses. Feels like I'm totally screwed.
