Can’t open cap

I’ve been using Afrin for months and the last two *** bottles I bought work for two times opening it then don’t fricken open anymore. I CANNOT BREATHE. Change the damn fken caps !!! I thought the first bottle was broken so I got another one and the same *** happened. It’s 10.50 for a damn bottle of this *** & it’s not gonna open?
