Can’t log on

I have been unable to connect on elite singles. I saved my email & PW when I registered months ago. Now it says my email is not correct: nancy@***.com PW not working so.. I requested new PW Still does mot allow me to login Please help me 512-745-**** Thank you for your attention to this matter Nancy Hopper
