Can’t get pictures orders because of faulty equipment in cvs Devine street store

Cant get pictures because of failed equipment. Please help. I received email saying order was received but store does not have it on computer. Having to come up with 100 symbols is unnecessary. Please just help!!!! User's recommendation: Just ask for help. I just want you to transfer my order to another store so I do t have to enter 23 photos again.
