I had flights booked to Croatia through lastminute.com . My flights have been cancelled and last minute emailed to say claim refund from jet2. After days of calling and emailing jey2 their response is to get refund from lastminute.com. I have tried every method to get in touch but to no avail . All I want is a refund for my flights?? User's recommendation: Book direct with flight company.
