Can’t get my money

Suddenly I cannot transfer money from my Varo savings - of course I really need it to pay my taxes that are due. Called customer Support - no help at all. The external account is linked but I could not select it for transfer. I then moved the money to my Varo Bank account which was empty and figured Id try a transfer - it worked. Only problem is that it is pending .... I need my money and the wait to talk to a real person is 60 minutes any time I call - horrible!!!!! User's recommendation: Stay away.
