Can’t get anyone to help me after 20 days

A charge was made to my card March 5 from a dentist who said in his words not mine he never did a root canal the documents were sent 3 different times to 3 different people . $1250 was charged . At what point does someone help me ? I was told July 2 July 6 July 7 the check was sent . A complete lie . I m waiting day after day for satisfaction. 516-673-**** . User's recommendation: RUN !!! And don’t look back.
