There is no live customer service. We cant reach any location directly. We purchased tickets choosing one location and the website automatically switched us to a different location without us realizing. When we went to the location we intended it was closed and realized after looking at the email confirmation that we purchased tickets at a completely different location. Now we cant reach anyone to get a refund. User's recommendation: Don’t purchase tickets online from regal.
