Need to speak with someone. I had computer problems that required taking my PC in and having work done. Didnt have any info on my MalwareBytes account so the repair company loaded a trial version. My existing account was a lifetime account - not monthly pay and I obviously want that back. To complicate matters, my primary email is dead because .twc has been made invalid. Im positive this was the email on the MWB account but its invalid. How do I get to them? User's recommendation: MalwareBytes provides solid protection. Have used them for years. This is my first problem and customer service is lacking. I’m sure they have a very large customer base. I just can’t get through to them in any way.
