Can’t contact a human at Expedia and virtual agent can’t address issue

My confirmation from Expedia was for a king bed . Upon check in Hotel indicated that Expedia only paid them for queen. Hotel said I would have to take it up with Expedia or pay a $25 up charge. I tried contacting Expedia . Have to use virtual agent who then put me on hold for an agent. Disconnected after waiting the indicated wait time. Never spoke with an agent. This happened 3 times . User's recommendation: Don’t use Expedia because if there are any problems you most likely will not be able to resolve with the virtual agent and will not reach a human contact to resolve problem.
