Can’t change my email

I have been a member for years. I recently moved and have a new email. I contacted you several times and you told me to sign in with the old email. It is no longer in service so what am I to do? My new email is: ktighe@***.org Gratefully, Kathleen Tighe P.S. my old email was kandkay@***.net User's recommendation: Don’t move.
