I filed identity theft with Sheriff Dept. and credit bureaus including IRS. These people say I am not telling the truth that my identity was not stoled nor used. I ask for validation and they could not provide-I ask for there ownership of the debts and they did not provide-told me they could not sue for the debt but would leave it on my credit report as collection. Lost and don't know what to do.
