I started in March trying to get internet in my home 684 longwood ct Eastpoint Fl 32328 to find out in May no one started an install ticket. I have called numerous times to find the status of my install ticket to be told its being worked on. No one can tell me why its taking so long to get service. Customer service wont forward call to supervisors or take my Info to have someone call me back all they want to do is send emails. Well no one is reading them because I get get service. . Mean while Im out of states a relatives working when I need to be at MY HOME working. User's recommendation: Don’t use this service. I don’t have s choice this is the only one that services my area.
