Can not download

i spent 700 bucks on a new computer. And this piece of *** still will not download.first it said my computer was not compatible. So i bought a new one. Know it says its my network. *** this product sucks. and what the *** are the disks for they dont do *** Very unhappy User's recommendation: dont buy waist of money.
