Caltex garage at Van Reenen’s pass

I have been a caltex customer for the past 45 years and am a member of the U-COUNT programme with Standard Bank. When driving between Natal and Gauteng my wife and I attended the Caltex Garage at Van Reenen's Pass on Wednesday the 21st of July 2021 when the following factors were of a major issue. 1) the ladies toilets were quite filthy, to the extent that one could not sit on a toilet seat.This issue was in regard to all the toilet seats as well as the floors. 2) the garage attendant could not provide air for my tyre that had deflated due to a puncture. His excuse was that the garage owner had not switched on the compressor. Please note the garage is specifically used as I have always been a loyal customer and am now part of the U-count programme. Unless these issues are addressed we will have to look elsewhere for our half way stop which we trust will not be necessary.
