I have spoken with Optimum customer service many times regarding complaints. Once they switched there call center overseas it became a nightmare. While most of there service techs have some English familiarity communication is a problem. Secondly, I think they must be on some kind of incentive program since when I call I always seem to get free upgrades that when you receive the next months bill are then on your monthly statement and require further calls to remove. I have received an upgrade of my internet speed to 200 (charged $10 monthly) and my latest a speaker from Altice amplify (charged $10 monthly). Customer service is of no help. User's recommendation: Find a different vendor!
