I’ve watched my lawn go from about 50% St. Augustine ( they were going to make it better ) to maybe 10% under their watch. It is now comprised of 8-10 different weeds and has no root system so my walking mower leaves 2” ruts with each pass. I think they think if it’s green, they are doing fine. Back to Tru Green for me
