Called for refills – got a pitch for Life Alert.

Called to refill 4 prescriptions using the phone number on my pill bottles. Got a person selling Life Alert instead. Supposedly they transferred me to the number I needed but it was wrong. Had to look up customer service number on line. Once connected poor woman on their end couldn't update the expiration date on my debit card and needed help from supervisor. What should have taken a few minutes took about an hour. I just hope I get my meds. User's recommendation: Never had a problem before this. Make sure you have the correct phone number.
