Called for delivery confirmation. Passed around. Flowers weren’t delivered. No notification

I called to confirm delivery on +$100 order. Was reconnected to multiple people, some of whom i could barely understand. Had to call again after failed online chat, two emails, and 4 call transfers. Had to call again to finally have someone in a foreign call center tell me my order was not delivered. My grandmother's 90th birthday. I'm pissed. Have spent a lot of money with ftd over the years but never will again.
