Nothing happened. After on hold for 30 minutes and after the first person reached was in the Phillipines ( bad look); I finally got someone in the US to no avail! Waste of time. I will not use John Hancock lm a Vet. I belong to several National Vet organizations. Ill be sure to tell them not to use John Hancock!!! User's recommendation: Don’t use John Hancock!
