Hello, My name is Jonathon Durigon, my phone number is [protected]. At the end of March 2021 I purchased a 2016 Cadillac XTS from C Harper in Belle Vernon, PA. I took it in for service on August 25, 2021 due to a noise in the front passenger tire area and the steering wheel was shaking and it was pulling to the right. After they looked it over and diagnosed it I was told it would cost close to $3, 000.00 for all repairs. I was told both struts need replaced and all 4 tires need replaced. And that my warranty was up at 70, 000 miles. I bought the car with 69, 000 miles on it so I basically had no warranty, and only made 4 payments so far on the car and I'm having to get a lot of work done to it already. I feel that is not right and I feel the inspection prior to purchasing was not done because there is no way both struts should need replaced after 10, 000 miles. I feel that C Harper needs to hold responsibility on replacing the struts.
