Cable still bad

It is now August 15 my cable still tiles and still drops sound also 4 months of this and they gave me a lousy 39 dollars in credit. The internet also goes in and out. I feel I'm being ripped off by your company. Real tired of your product not working in my house. I recommend not using spectrum. User's recommendation: Don't get it service is jorrible.
