I recently purchased a sofa from Kanes in Lakeland Florida, I paid the unbelievable $120.00 delivery fee to have them tell me that “I do not dictate to them when they deliver”, because they cannot seem to deliver the sofa at a time that is convenient for me. I work I can’t sit home and wait all day for them to bring me something I have paid them for. I am not asking them to deliver it at midnight or 5:00am I am asking them to make my delivery after 2:00pm on a Saturday but it appears that they don’t want to do that be cause they may have to actually work until 3 on a Saturday. I am so angry about the entire situation. Kanes could care less about giving their customers quality customer service. The worst buying experience I have ever had in my life!!!!!!! I asked that the Regional or General. Manager call me and I haven’t heard a word from him/her. I would rather spend twice the amount of money and be treated with respect. I would never ever ever refer anyone to buy from Kanes. I just want my money back since Kanes cannot deliver the sofa I paid for. KANES HAS FAILED TO DELIVER ON THE CONTRACT!!!!!!!!! Buyer beware these are the most unprofessional people you will ever deal with.
