Buyer Received order but I haven’t had Funds.

I sold an item to a customer they paid for a Hermes label but I sent the parcel Royal Mail they have let me know they have received it, but I have not received the money for this. I received a message from vinted to say the transaction would be cancelled as no tracking was available. I messaged the buyer and asked if they could confirm delivery and they said they have done.
