I've tried emailing and no response so far. I sell and buy on vinted. I sold one lady quite a lot of jewelry, lady has received and happy with items yet vinted refunded the money to the lady...so here's me sitting here..no money and no stock! Would be good if vinted made things easier by being able to contact them directly...I'd like all my sales money back please then I will consider leaving a positive review User's recommendation: I'm usually happy with site but this has dossapointed me.
