I've never had an issue with GILT and the products I've received from them UNTIL NOW!! I received a damaged product and immediately reported it. It has been 10 days since I reported the damaged product and after 4 phone calls and 5 emails, my problem is not resolved with no promise as to when it will be resolved...each CS Rep tells me the exact same thing... "Our returns department is working on it"............. If this issue gets resolved, I seriously doubt I will re-order the product from Gilt!!!
