BUYER BEWARE- HORRIBLE

WOW. bought stuff- didn't get anything for multiple weeks (forgot I had even purchased them), then received one of two packages... the first one- HORRIBLE clothing. BAD material, gross, yuck. I immediately cancelled the upcoming shipped items for the second part of my order. I got a refund for that cancelled shipment (THANK GOODNESS), then when I tried to return the rest that I had received, I packaged them together, was informed that I could only send through USPS, paid for that, and sent back along with providing all details of order, tracking, etc. via email to their 'Support' email. A month passes, and I email again, notating that they received my package and I still hadn't received a refund. The service person responded saying she needed the sku for the 'item' I returned. Seriously? First of all, I sent all details in email format along with the order number (in which came from their company). Skus are ticket numbers on the clothing themselves... so nowhere in my order history would I find that. Doesn't make sense. I'm still fighting this HORRIBLE company to try and get the remaining $100 back. DONT FALL INTO THIS TRAP. BUYER BEWARE.
