Business Deception
My Xfinity mobile device was insured with Assurant. The device broke, Assurant could not provide replacement and told me to get new phone. I did and 6 months later (10 calls into customer service) Assurant keeps telling me the checks in the mail. This is their way of not paying. Lying and deception. User's recommendation: Lying to their customers.
