Business/Customer Service has severly deteriorated!

Placed an order April 6, 2018 should arrive between Apr. 19 to Apr. 25th. Called on the 25th and was told items were on backorder until Apr 30th. CS never notified me, no e-email nothing. Called CS again on Apr 27 to cancel. CS claimed the items were shipped, again no prior notification. CS began arguing with me, gave me ups tracking #. UPS could not locate the tracking #. Spoke to CS supervisor who refused to cancel order claiming the items were on the truck. I told them to pull them off the truck! No such tracking number!!!!! Providing false info, lack of notification, claiming e-mails were sent but no record of them. Never again will I purchase anything from Frontgate.
