Etisalat has assigned Smartworld as our business premium channel partner to handle our account. They are unable to provide the services that is supposed to be rendered, specifically document updates. Due to this, 2 of our mobile services has been disrupted for a whole week despite of the bills being paid. This has been affecting our operation greatly. Kindly advise. Thank you.
