This is the worst advertising company I have ever come across in my life. I was sold this Thryv program which is a joke . They would call all the time suggesting this and that to put my company out front all while I keep putting money in and calls dropping off . I paid for google ads that as af now still have not been displayed and now told my advertising manager has been replaced but have heard nothing from the new manager. My sales rep won’t answer the phone calls from me but will occasionally send me a text saying how I may be getting a credit for things that haven’t been completed. However the only thing I get from dex.yp is how my bill is due . That is the only thing that Thryv seems to keep doing is tell you how much you owe .the customer service in my opinion is non existence. I will not pay this company not another penny for service that they do not provide. They did however build a great web site but as I told them from day one . A web site doesn’t get the phone to ring !!! Advertising your phone number does! I would highly recommend staying far away from this company unless you are putting an add in a hard copy yellow page add . Because there online advertising program is nothing but a money sucking machine that will only hurt your potential of bringing in revenue for your business
