My phone records will show that I contacted Flixbus customer service department to have them contact the driver to have him secure my back ( which housed Computer 3 external hard drives multiple flash drives multiple cellphones, apartment keys, car keys, storage keys medications medical records code books and other sensitive info/ paperwork) Only to be told that they could not reach the driver. which is odd because I observed him talking on his headpiece as I exited the bus in Lafayette to go into the TA travel center. Once y'all review the camera footage you can see who stole my bag. User's recommendation: If you get off the bus take valuables with you, I was told that the flixbus is known for leaving riders at the TA travel center there in Lafayette, La.
