Bus broke down and No refund

The bus was suppose to arrive @ 8:20 came at 8:43. The bus has a smell of gas on it on the upper level. Everyone has to get off the bus and wait for another bus. Call customer service and they were not helpful at all. I can see if I was late and missed my bus but I was on time and the bus broke down and Im late for my appointment in NY.
